Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused by the customer


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@softnotes.shop with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item or size, please return the original purchase and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging.
We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. Contact your bank
